Anwar Al-Awlaki killing

As someone who voted for President Obama, it is disheartening for me to see him kill an American citizen.  By all accounts it seems that Al-Awlaqi was a terrorist and traitor but that account is not a legal decision. It is not up to me, you or President Obama to decide whether Awlaqi gets to live or not.  The constitution provides due process for all American citizens and President Obama violated that principle by executing an American citizen. Prof. Cole has a great post on this topic.  All Americans should be concerned with this blatant disregard of our laws by President Obama.
